Meet Your Tutor

Nick Slavkovich

Hi, I’m Nick. I graduated from Columbia University in 2003 with degrees in English and Economics, and I’ve been teaching the GMAT since 2006, after scoring in the 99th percentile on the test. I have tutored over 800 students one on one, many of whom have been admitted to the top graduate programs in the US and Europe, and my students routinely improve by over 20 to 40 percentile points. My most successful student improved his GMAT score by 300 points!

The Key to GMAT Math

GMAT math tests you on three things:

Most students focus on their math skills (and these are important!) but tend to neglect the other two. Once you start working on pattern recognition and problem solving though, you will see significant improvement.

Absolutely not. Most of my students felt nervous or unprepared at first. That’s why we start with the fundamentals and build your skills step by step—no judgment, no pressure.

Ideally, you’ll study 1–2 hours per day, depending on your test date and target score. I’ll work with your schedule to create a realistic plan that fits your life.

No problem. Many of my students come to me after trying other prep courses. I help you cut through the noise, identify what’s actually working, and focus on what matters most.
